Few Internet companies have succeeded in seizing mindshare more than Zappos.com.
One of the truly great ecommerce success stories, Zappos has built an incredible brand based on a culture-centric philosophy.
They believe that their company culture is what drives their employees to provide premium customer service. And you know what? They are right. It works.
I had the opportunity to tour the Zappos.com Las Vegas campus a few days ago and I've put together a video to give you a look inside.
Watch for Tony Hsieh, the CEO of the company is a cameo appearance.

Thanks for the tour Joel. I saw Zappos on a TV show a while back. I didn't know that they gave tours. It is always good to know what others are doing. I also heard the interview you did with Nick Hetcher at http:TwitterBreak.com. I feel that like I am getting to know you better. I enjoy you help.

Joel thanks for the tour. I would have liked to watch the whole thing, but got sea-sick from the video spinning all over. Joel, a videographer, you're not. Thanks for the good try, but stick with your wonderful skills at Internet Marketing.
God Bless, and thanks for ALLLLLL you do for us!

Hey Joel,
Caught your Water is life marathon. Good work. Heard about that via twitter. Watched your videos on youtube. Put your blog on my reader. I guess I am glad I found you. lol
Thanks for the tour of Zippos. Personally I couldn't work there, the motivation of gags, gifts, gaffaws, puzzles etc etc.. feels patronizing to me. In a way it felt, old school. In a way felt, youthful. It felt like a clash of philosophies, at any rate the working atmosphere there clashed with me.
My two cents,
Jackie
