WhyPark? Because it makes sense.

Posted on January 28, 2008 09:29 AM by Joel Comm

I wish I had thought of this.

It's so simple, yet it's brilliant.

If you are like me, you own a few domains.

Ok, you may own a LOT of domains.

I own approximately 400 domain names.

The problem is that most of the those domains do not have a web site on them.

They are "parked" pages.

Essentially that means that I've paid for a domain name, but it isn't earning me any money.

Sure, I intend to do something with these domains... one day. But the fact of the matter is that many of them will never get touched.

Which brings me to the focus of this email.

If you have domain names sitting around not earning you any money, you will want to check out this solution.

WhyPark.com

I snapped up this service immediately. It makes perfect sense.

I've also created a video demonstrating how easy it is to use this service.

WhyPark Video Demonstration

I am now in the process of beginning to monetize my unused parked domains.

It took me five minutes to turn an unused domain into a potential revenue-generating website with this tool!

NOTE: This is ONLY for people who have at least ten unused domains. Don't bother if you just have one undeveloped website. Instead go develop your site! Watch this video now...

    Hi Joel.

I have something like 30 domains, but I don't really think that this is enough to justify 100$ in parking.

Anyway, if I could ask, I buyed your DVD, I'm reading your news letter at the second it arrives in my mailbox, and I would like to hear you on something:

Every tip you give us about making money is awesome, but to make some cash you need some trafic on your website.

Do you have any tip about that?

I'm trying to launch a free dating website theses days (worldmeetingzone.com) but I simply can't get people surf on it. And it's about the same with every website I do (3waysnetwork.com, jeffonair.com, guildhoster.net).

I have some moderate trafic, but nothing enough to make a great amount of cash.

And in my view, you don't just need a great website with some AdSense on it, if you don't have anyone to click on, you're burned.

    Any view on that?

  2. Remco Says:

Getting targeted traffic to your site is always the biggest problem.

People like Joel have big sites with lots of traffic and then it is easy to make money from adwords.

The guru's only tell you what they want you to know!

  3. Craig Says:

As a fully developed site, getting incoming links to your WhyPark sites will provide a real boost from an SEO and traffic standpoint. That could be through article syndication, directory listings, blogs, even just forum signatures when commenting on related subjects.

  4. Joel Says:

Traffic is the answer, of course, but its not rocket science.

Create content, whether on your own or with the help of others (ie: volunteers or members).

Barter links with sites in similar niches.

Do press releases with embedded links on PR web.

Write articles and distribute them via EzineArticles.com.

These are just some of the ways. You can read more in www.AdSenseTrafficSecrets.com

You know what? I hate you Joel... You just found another way to make me get my hand in my pocket for another 7$. And as an addict, i'll do it right now...

Careful on this Joel. I park a SEDO and Goolge indexing is impossible to achieve for those sites, so this really caught my attention. I ran a search in Google to see how WhyPark's sample site pcviruses.net indexed in Google and...it appears to be blacklisted! No sign of it in Google at all. It does come up in Yahoo and LiveSearch. Incredible concept but it looks like Google did not approve of the concept.

If I missed anything please let me know. I would love to use whypark but don't want my domains blacklisted.

  7. Keith Says:

You didn't come thru on one of your promo's,
haven't given you the time of day since!

  8. Joel Says:

    Keith,

You actually just DID give me the time of day. Apparantly at 3:08 pm you posted your message.

It would be helpful if you were specific about how I didn't "come through" on a promo, as I always do come through.

If you have a specific issue, did you contact my Help Desk? You can go to www.thehelpdesk.us

If there is another issue, please let me know.

    Thanks!

    hi,

I have a few domains but not enough to need a service like this.

I also have the traffic problem, which i am trying to solve, I dont make much at all on adsense, unless you count 27 cents in a week a lot.

  10. Matt Garrett Says:

You might want to re-consider using WhyPark, it seems Google are not displaying AdSense Ads on site parked with them now..

  11. Mr.M Says:

    Hi All...

Anyone have "success story" join with whypark ? let me know..

    Regards

  12. Multimedianaire Says:

I had about 60 domains parked with WhyPark.com. Everything was going beautifully for many months, making AdSense income, etc ... then all of a sudden all of the AdSense ads stopped displaying on all the pages.

Even though I have transferred those domains to my own server, deleted all the old sitemaps and have began building proper content rich "white hat" sites on several of those domains, the AdSense has not returned to those pages.

Any tips on how to get AdSense to display again on these domains, or how long it takes for Google to reinstate Adsense on sites that were parked on WhyPark.com?

    Thanks :)

  13. Tim_Myth Says:

    Multimedianaire,
Just continue building links and custom pages. Relying solely on the articles WhyPArk provides for your content is not a real wise thing to do. At the very least visit someplace like articledashboard.com and get more reprintable articles to add as custom pages. Once Google determines that your site is a good source for information your adsense ads will return.

I have a whole list of tips for getting the most out of your whypark account here: http://www.timmyth.com/page.cfm/id/39785
It'll show you how to add a Email to Friend link, park a subdomain, use custom graphics, etc.

  14. Jorge Says:

Hi Joel, Thanks for the video. It was great. I am purchasing my WhyPark acct through your site.

    Thanks again, Jorge.

  15. MT Says:

Anyone purchase whypark from here http://whyparksite.info, I will give you $10 refund.
I promise, email me when you've done

    Regards, MT

  16. jpcbiz Says:

WhyPark is now free to signup.

  17. virtual worlds for kids Says:

    Hmm, MT hates whyparksite?

Anyway, myopically, it seems great. I get to earn money while trying to sell my domain and for them, they get to earn from the domain which you bought while providing you a service .

    Sounds fair.

  18. Mike Says:

I only just started using whypark. I think the service is great.

But still waiting to get indexed....
