Visit to My Office

Posted on April 19, 2007 12:00 AM by Joel Comm

Now that I am settled in to my new office in Colorado, I thought it would be fun to show you our new space and to introduce you to my staff. Yes, it is Joel unscripted and unplugged. Watch for a special appearance by the cows, and see if you can count how many times I give the "thumbs-up" sign.

It's not exactly Masterpiece Theatre, so keep your expectations low. ;-)

I got sound! Very cool stuff. Where are the man sized bean bags? Joel you taught me a lesson today.... even the biggest gurus cant do it alone. Hence outsourcing stuff to employees! I assume you have got alot of projects/ sites going on to hire that many people and have a nice building.... Cool stuff.

    Howdy,
Cool pad ya got there!! Depending on weather you count 2 thumbs at a time, you could say either 5 or 6 thumbs up. Tell Dr. Dan that a neighbor from VT says hello. He hasn't missed anything here this spring!! Enjoy your day!!

    Joel,
I had fun watching your video. I subscribed to your blog to stay in touch with how the Comms are holding up. I'm certainly glad to see you're doing well. Watching this video made me miss teaching the WORD alongside you to HHBC kids. Say hello to the rest of the fam for me.
    God Bless!

It's good to have a nice office to work in but the most important thing are the people in it. You seem to be a nice person and I hope you put great team together.

Thanks for sending this video and for the Getting Started with Blogging and Google Adsense book, I have throroughly enjoyed them both.
I wish to be in the same financial position as you seem to be now in less than five years time.

    Hey again Joel

Just out of curiosity I have checked this very same page in Italian - you know, should you need a real translator in the near future, I can probably help you out to do a good job at that since my mother tongue is Italian.
Let me know if you are interested.
In the meantime I look forward to learning a lot more about the business from yourself.

    Kind regards

I am glad it was fun for you just like you said upfront in the beginning. If it weren't for that I would have totally missed the "point of it all".

  19. Nina Says:

    Hi Joel;

Great to see you enjoying yourself at work.
The others also seem to enjoy working with you.
There is a knack in this and I feel it in your emails.
Can hardly wait to get them opened,
    they are always
    interesting and informative.
Missed the first video from CO.,
    something didn't compute properly.

P.S. Both need to have the sound adjusted
to make it easier to hear.

    Beautiful British Columbia Canada

    Hello Joel:
Great looking office facility. Visuals were fine
enough on the Video BUT, for some reason, I could not bring up the audio.
Have not had that problem in the past with audio. Anyhow, you did a 'great silent performance.' Best wishes for your future operations in your new home.
