If you don't have php/mysql you can use MoxieChat.com. It is all hosted, based on monthly fees, and offers a few more features than VSA.

I actually use right now smart virtual agent X lol and its much cheaper, but started using it last week and already saved 2 sales. I think it was 7 dollars and already worth the money havent used this one though because it is just so expensive.
