Treo 650 frustrations

Posted on May 9, 2005 10:48 PM by Joel Comm

I love my Treo 650. It is the coolest phone/PDA/camera/toy I have ever owned. But I am a bit ticked off today. The receiver portion of the phone went pffft today. I can call people and talk to them, but I can not hear them talk to me. Makes for a very uninteresting conversation.

Anyhow, since it is past the 30-day warranty, the only way to get the phone replaced is to have Cingular send me a new one. So I called their service center and was told that the phones are on back order. It may be 10 days before they get them in.

The moral of the story? Don't call me. I can't answer.
