It's the day after election day and Barack Obama is President-Elect of the USA.
On today's episode, we had a fun time discussing the election, Internet marketing, flying monkeys and more.
Joined by Eric Farewell and Dan Nickerson, we fielded a number of questions and had some laughs.
Watch for the official recount and a new top ten list. It's all here. Enjoy

Pity this show turned into a liberal bashing waste of time.

Pity you have no sense of humor.

You know how you can tell the conservative in the room? They laugh at both Obama AND Palin jokes - lighten up.

This election season has been nothing BUT ignorant rants and comments.

Joel, I noticed that even though you let everyone know what the show is going to be about before it starts some people stay and watch just to criticize. Keep up the good work.

"No individual president can compare to the second Bush," wrote one. "Glib, contemptuous, ignorant, incurious, a dupe of anyone who humors his deluded belief in his heroic self, he has bankrupted the country with his disastrous war and his tax breaks for the rich, trampled on the Bill of Rights, appointed foxes in every henhouse, compounded the terrorist threat, turned a blind eye to torture and corruption and a looming ecological disaster, and squandered the rest of the world's goodwill. In short, no other president's faults have had so deleterious an effect on not only the country but the world at large."
"With his unprovoked and disastrous war of aggression in Iraq and his monstrous deficits, Bush has set this country on a course that will take decades to correct," said another historian. "When future historians look back to identify the moment at which the United States began to lose its position of world leadership, they will point--rightly--to the Bush presidency. Thanks to his policies, it is now easy to see America losing out to its competitors in any number of area: China is rapidly becoming the manufacturing powerhouse of the next century, India the high tech and services leader, and Europe the region with the best quality of life."

I voted for a 3rd party candidate. Unlike millions of Americans I wasn't that dumb to vote against my own interests, against my Constitutional and privacy rights and against my bank account...if you care about your bank account, then it's a no-brainer to vote for the biggest tax cutter...neither McCain nor Obama had a bigger tax cut than some 3rd party candidates. Two of them wanted to abolish the IRS

Joel,
You guys will really enjoy this clip - http://crooksandliars.com/john-amato/joe-plumber-welfare-queen-too
Joe the Plumber, the mascot for the republican party, one who aggressively decried the "don't spread the wealth around" mantra that the republican party used as its final theme WAS A WELFARE RECIPIENT ( I guess someone pushed the Yahoo button for him a few times too :)
Here again we have yet another "conservative" saying one thing, laughing at liberals and doing the same thing behind closed doors.
Don't get me wrong, I support the message of personal responsibility and traditional family values I just grew weary of supporting republican leaders who claimed to live by these values only to be caught lying, cheating on wives, involved in homosexual relationships and....... did I say LYING???????
You all seem to be hardworking responsible Americans but let's be honest here - liberals aren't the only ones that need to correct a few things.

I'm not sure if Eric was bitter about Obama winning or not, but to say that Obama didn't use social media is totally wrong. When you have over 800,000 followers, do you really expect to interact with them on a 1 on 1 basis. It's insane to even think about doing it.
I agree that Social Media is about being social. If I had 800,000 followers and I told them to check out a site, and 1% of them replied with a question or something like I still wouldn't be able to respond. That's why you have staff to do it.
No matter what party you voted for, you cannot deny the social media storm during the presidential election. Some candidates were not ready for it and they couldn't keep up once it started knocking down trees and lifting off roofs.

Come on you guys!(well, ok, Fred) I voted for Bush and I am a republican BECAUSE of the personal responsibility issue and I really do want to elect where I want my money to go, not let some liberal democrat take more of my money and give it to people who don't even know what a job looks like, or better yet, they do and choose not to have one. I agree that the repubs screwed themselves and I HATE corruption, so we deserved to lose. But remember this, unlike the dishonorable display of Bush hating and Bush derangement syndrome; I call Obama My President and respect him just as I did every Prexy that I have voted for. I pray for him and will continue to do so. I also hope God will change his mind on what to do with the unborn,(be really pro life, if he is a Christian he knows what is right), and hopefully he will be the new Ronald Reagan! Go President Obama!!!-I voted for McCain
