Tax Time

Posted on April 6, 2006 04:05 PM by Joel Comm

There are two things you can't avoid in life. Death and taxes. And McDonalds. Ok, THREE things you can't avoid in life.

Out of the three, one of them signifies the end, one of them tastes bad and one of them becomes more prominent every April.

I hate taxes. But I am a good citizen and I pay my taxes. "Render unto Caesar" ... yada yada yada

If you haven't filed your return yet, April 15th is rapidly approaching. Rapidly. In fact, it might have passed by the time you read this.

There are many places you can go to file your taxes, but the online options are by far the easiest. H&R Block has several tiers of service to make the process as painless as possible.

  • Get TaxCut Online EZ for only $9.95. A clear-cut solution for your basic return.

  • Get TaxCut Online Premium Today for only $29.95 - Supports all 1040 forms and provides extra advice.

  • Get TaxCut Online Signature - Receive year-round access to a tax professional and maximize your refunds.

Taxes aren't fun, but I wonder if paying them isn't more enjoyable than eating at McDonalds.

Yeah, gotta love having the 15th fall on a weekend! I filed and received my refund way back in February, so I feel left out now that it's April!
