Ok, so it's February 18th. But the snow is blanketing the ground in the Oklahoma City area and it finally feels just a little bit like Christmas. Well, winter at least. Richard Swift, from The Colony, TX (near Dallas), is facing felony animal cruelty charges for wrapping duct tape around the snout of his brother's Labrador retriever, whose barking was bothering Swift. The poor dog, named Bull, suffered heat stroke and was later euthanized.
