A beautiful view of the Rocky Mountains

Posted on February 1, 2009 02:08 PM

I'm currently vacation in Dillon, CO with my family, staying at a friend's vacation home. I walked outside and it was such a gorgeous day that I decided to do a spontaneous live show! So from the Rocky Mountains, you can check out the replay now. Watch for special appearance from Socrates the Philosopher Dawg. :-) Continue Reading

We Will, We Will Rock You

Posted on December 12, 2008 11:29 PM

I spoke at Harv Eker's Never Work Again seminar in Rancho Mirage, California today. We had a great time. His attendees are always so engaged and eager to learn. At one point I burst out into a spontaneous stomp-stomp-clap, which led to a chorus of Queen's "We Will Rock You." Don't believe me? See for yourself! Continue Reading

A visit from Mrs. Comm

Posted on December 5, 2008 09:23 AM

Today's episode found Dan in a very dark mood. Our top ten list was "Signs that the Christmas Season had started". Funny stuff. We answered questions about Internet marketing and had a spontaneous visit from my lovely bride. Watch the stream below. You've got nothing better to do, right? Continue Reading

The Web's Most Powerful Form Of Marketing

Posted on October 13, 2008 08:00 AM

Become an Internet publisher, and you'll need to learn a whole bunch of new marketing skills. You'll have to unwrap the mysteries of search engine optimization, figure out how to make pay-per-click advertising pay for you and get to grips with "link bait," banners and keywords to name just a few. None of it is really very difficult and all of it can be learned but for anyone just starting out, it will all be... Continue Reading

Blog and the world blogs with you

Posted on January 17, 2008 12:48 AM

Blogging is a huge opportunity... and a lot of people are missing out. They're missing out for one reason. They don't believe they can write. They might have slept through their English classes at school. They don't know what a semi-colon is for. And since entering the workforce, they might never have had to write anything longer than a grocery list. And now I'm telling them that they can make their living -- and more... Continue Reading

Following Your Passion

Posted on January 17, 2006 11:58 PM

I had two telephone consultations today. One of them was scheduled with a client. Another was spontaneous with a contact that I met at a seminar a few months back. But both of them had something in common. Each person was trying to figure out how they could create a profitable business online. Continue Reading

Do-it-yourself Caesarean

Posted on April 6, 2004 03:51 PM

From the "Don't try this at home" department, this story from the Reuter's news wire... A woman in Mexico gave birth to a healthy baby boy after performing a Caesarean section on herself with a kitchen knife, doctors said Tuesday. The unidentified 40-year-old woman, who lived in a rural area without electricity, running water or sanitation and was an eight-hour drive from the nearest hospital, performed the operation when she could not deliver the baby... On the road again

Posted on July 19, 2003 09:33 PM

It is late on Saturday evening and we are preparing for a sem-spontaneous trip to Red River, New Mexico. It has been SO darned hot in Oklahoma City (it hit 109 degrees today!) that we need a break from it. So we'll be leaving first thing in the morning and will return next Sunday. It is approximately 8.5 hours driving time. Figure in 1.5 hours for rest stops, food, and walking the dog, should put... Continue Reading

Spontaneous Vacation

Posted on June 4, 2003 03:17 PM

After the week I had last week, the icing was put on the proverbial cake yesterday afternoon. I found that I have been paying way too much for my health insurance thanks to my agent at Al Boenker insurance (The link is there so you know to avoid them). He is no longer with the company, but I was ticked just the same. I left the office at 2 pm and came home to find... Continue Reading
