Do The Design Thing

Posted on November 13, 2008 08:00 AM

There are times when I really don't like surfing the Web. I'll toss a search phrase into Google, get a list of results that look interesting and when I click on a link... I'll get a junk page that's stuffed with ads. Back I go to Google to try again. I know, I could have clicked an ad. I could have done, but I didn't. In fact, I often won't even read the content on... A Trip to the Blue Mountains

Posted on June 9, 2008 01:35 PM

In 1996, Eidos Interactive came out of nowhere with a game that has become one of my all-time Top 10 computer games. (Maybe I'll do a top 10 series if I ever finish my 15 Best Movies of All Time) Continue Reading

Political Parody

Posted on October 30, 2004 01:33 PM

By now, everyone and their dog has seen the hilarious Election 2004 political parody at JibJab.com. Their "This Land is Your Land" parody of Bush and Kerry, et al, stormed the Internet and skyrocketed their web site to instant fame. JibJab has since come out with another parody, "Good to Be in D.C.", another must see. But the funniest parody of all is found at LOL Fun. The name of the parody is Political Bohemian...
