Religion and Politics

"Bush is stupid" is always a great way to start a conversation. Seriously... bold, definitive statements are the doorway from which we can expand our knowledge base and increase in wisdom. Continue Reading

United States Deficit FALLS! (Take that Democrats...)

Posted on October 16, 2005 11:52 AM

In news that has the left side of the aisle stunned, the President's economic policies are validated once again as the Federal Government reports INCREASES in tax revenue that have caused a decrease in the U.S. fiscal deficit. Continue Reading

The Generosity Index

Posted on November 12, 2004 12:00 PM

The post-election banter continues, as the blue states bemoan the fact that the "hicks and hayseeds" in the red states have held them hostage by re-electing George W. Bush to the Presidency. Some on the fringe left have created a new map of North America divided in to two areas, with the west coast states, the Great Lakes states and New England lumped together with Canada (the United States of Canada) and the rest of... Al Gore Pulled over for Speeding

Posted on September 4, 2004 01:16 AM

I have nothing personal against Al Gore. I'm sure he's a very nice person if you get to know him. I think his policies are attrocious and I can't thank God enough that he lost the Presidency. But he's in the news again and its a humorous story. A police officer in Oregon pulled over a speeding vehicle, only to find out it was none other then the former democratic candidate for President. Most of... Continue Reading

George W. Bush IS Presidential

Posted on September 3, 2004 02:42 PM

I watched the President last night and was inspired. It is so refreshing to have a man in the White House who is "real". I know, I know. The Dems will scream about how "stupid" I am for believing the "lies" of the Bush administration. Save your breath. Your comments will be deleted. After surviving eight years of the worst Presidency to ever curse the White House, I can spot a liar and a con... Continue Reading

George W. Bush: Faith in the White House

Posted on August 29, 2004 03:16 PM

Over my lifetime, I have seen a handful of Presidents come and go. From my earliest memories of Richard Nixon to our current President, each have brought their own beliefs and personality to the White House. I remember that Ronald Reagan was a man of quiet faith. Jimmy Carter was supposed to have been a born-again Christian, though his failed policies leads me to believe he was listening more to special interest groups than to... Continue Reading

Ronald Reagan - 1911-2004

Posted on June 5, 2004 06:29 PM

It is a very sad day in America, and indeed, the world. Ronald Reagan, the 40th President of the United States of America has left this world and entered eternity. I was still a young skull full of mush when Reagan took office. I had not yet learned critical thinking skills and I believed many of the lies that were spoken of him in the liberal media. My conservative awakening took place in 1988. It... Continue Reading

The Entertaining Democrats

Posted on February 12, 2004 11:15 AM

The democratic presidential primary run is one of the most entertaining current affairs that I have seen in a long time. You've got Howard Dean screeching like a lunatic. Wesley Clark is denying statements that he made on video tape, clearly enough for even my children to pick up on. Joe Lieberman has the charisma of wall paint. Al Sharpton and Dennis Kucinich are loud of mouth but small of significance. And now there is... Continue Reading

Day 13: Boston, the continuing story

Posted on October 17, 2003 09:12 PM

We got to sleep in a bit this morning. After the kids did their schoolwork and I did some work, we went to lunch. Next stop was the John Fitzgerald Kennedy Museum and Library, south of the city. It is a beautiful building designed by I.M Pei. I was only two years old when President Kennedy was assasinated, so this was a great opportunity to learn more about this man that was much loved and... Continue Reading

Clinton is to blame... surprise, surprise

Posted on August 31, 2003 05:20 PM

President Bill Clinton had the opportunity to stop, catch, or kill bin Laden more than twelve times during his presidency, a new book set for release this week claims! And on at least two occasions through Drones and Global Positioning Systems the Clinton Administration knew exactly where bin Laden was -- and refused to take him out well after knowing he was as a national security threat. The book is called Losing Bin Laden and... Continue Reading
