We departed Los Angeles at 11:30 pm on June 3rd and arrived in Fiji at 5 am on June 5th. Go figure.
I am really glad we paid the extra cash to get seats in Business Class on Air Pacific. It was well worth it!

I've been home from Kauai long enough to really begin missing it. The island and resort were so beautiful. It was difficult to come home.
We spent the week at the Kauai Marriott Resort and Beach Club in Lihue. It was a top-notch resort with gorgeous surroundings, an enormous swimming pool and a nice beach tucked away in Kalapaki Bay. Palm trees, tropical breezes and the sounds of crashing surf... ah... Continue Reading

I just love this guy. The President is in Chile for an Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit. He is entering the cultural center and gets inside the building when he notices a scuffle taking place outside. As it turns out, Chilean security officials had detained one of Bush's Secret Service agents and were not letting him inside. Finding a church to worship at while out of town is always a challenge. You just never know what you are going to get.
