I don't go to the movies much. I enjoy movies, I just don't enjoy the theater experience. Why pay top dollar to sit in a crowded cinema with chatty teens and people noisily crunching popcorn and nachos when I can buy or rent the DVD for less and enjoy the peacefulness and comfort of my home theatre. I choose to go to the Metrolux today in order to get a glimpse of An American Carol... Continue Reading

Oh, now this is a RIOT!
Sarah Palin has taken the political world by storm.
Whatever you think of the woman, Conservatives are pumped-up about her being on the ticket.
So check this out.
Sarah Palin is now an action figure.
Yes, you heard me correctly.
An action figure! Continue Reading

I used to blog about current events all the time. But lately, I've been writing far more about Internet marketing and my travels.
Why?
It isn't for shortage of material.
On the contrary, popular culture and politicians provide a plethora of opportunities for sharing a more rational point-of-view
My reasons for avoiding current events are far simpler these days. Continue Reading

In an unprecented political maneuver, Senate Democrats invoked "rule 21", overriding the Republican majority and sending the Sentate into a closed door session, purportedly to discuss pre-war intelligence.
Nonsense. Continue Reading

In news that has the left side of the aisle stunned, the President's economic policies are validated once again as the Federal Government reports INCREASES in tax revenue that have caused a decrease in the U.S. fiscal deficit. Continue Reading

All you hear from the liberal democrats these days is "Bush lied... no weapons of mass destruction... Get out of Iraq... Saddam was not tied to terrorists... etc and so forth." I came across this series of quotes from the beloved liberal leadership that should make anyone who has supported them in the past go "hmmmm" Their own words nullify their objections with this administration, and make clear that they have absolutely no platform to... If a conservative would have said what Howard Dean said on Hardball with Chris Matthews, the mainstream media would deem it worthy of front page mockery. But since it was far-left wacko Dean, he gets a pass. That's ok. The entertainment value is to good to pass up. So what did Howie say? On the October 5th edition of "Hardball with Chris Matthews", the chairman of the Democratic National Committee was asked this question in... Continue Reading

Liberal democrats and the mainstream media have been incredibly quick to bash President Bush and the Federal Government for their handling of the rescue efforts in New Orleans. Sid Blumenthal, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. , and Molly Ivins shots off condemnation pieces within 24 hours of this tragedy, revealing their true colors once again. Hillary Rodham Clinton is calling for a 9/11-style investigation of Katrina, seeking to point fingers and cause disruption for the President... Continue Reading

If I had been drinking coffee or milk, it would have come out my nose when I saw this story. Yesterday, the news reported that President Bush is the most physically fit President in history. He exercises six days/week and eats well. In the response to this, The Democratic National Committee has issued a press release saying "Bush Should Stop Playing Games with Physical Fitness". They accuse the President of cutting funding to schools for... Continue Reading

Finally, we have an Ambassador to the United Nations. The liberals and mainstream media are going nuts because the President assigned John Bolton as a recess appointment, while Congress is out of session. The recess appointment is nothing new. Clinton did 144 of them during his two terms. Reagan did around that many as well. Bolton had the needed votes in the Senate, but a few radicals filibustered and would not allow the vote to... I do. I love Howard Dean. Yes, THE Howard Dean, former Vermont Governor. Left-wing extremist. Defeated by John Kerry in 2004 Democratic Presidential Primaries. (how does one lose to John Kerry???) And now, Chairman of the Democratic National Convention. I love Howad Dean. Why? Because he guarantees that Democrats will continue losing major elections. Check out what this bozo said yesterday. "You know, the Republicans are not very friendly to different kinds of people. They're... Continue Reading

Howard Dean as head of the Democratic National Convention. Could this be any more fun? The Democrats are imploding and it is a joyous site to see. Check out this story... Dean Says Democrats Will Make Schiavo Case an Election Issue Democratic National Committee Chairman Howard Dean said Friday that his party would wield the Terri Schiavo case against Republicans in the 2006 and 2008 elections, but for now needed to stay focused battling President... And the award for Scumbag of the Year goes to Michael Schiavo, a reprehensible man that may be the very person responsible for his wife, Terry, being in the state she is in today. Ask yourself these questions... 1) Why won't Michael Schiavo divorce Terry and let her parents take care of her? 2) Why does Michael Schiavo care so much about Terry now when he is with another woman? You would think his current... Continue Reading

What a great Christmas Eve present! President Bush is going to renominate the qualified judges that were arrogantly filibustered by the Democrats in Senate last term. The Dems can still attempt to do the same thing this time around, but hopefully they will remember the fate of Tom Daschle, and they will think twice before standing the way of the majority. Of course, some Senate Democrats are already crying out about this, claiming that Bush... Continue Reading

For the majority of my life, Heinz ketchup has been a staple in my diet. It's good on hamburgers, hotdogs and french fries. But ever since discovering that Heinz ketchup is owned in part by the wife of Senator John F. Kerry, Heinz Ketchup has left a bad aftertaste in my mouth. I don't support Democrats. Why should my ketchup? Or so ask the creative folks at W Ketchup. What you have here is little... Continue Reading

Ok, so Michael Moore has had his day in the sun. Fahrenheit 911 infiltrated movie houses across America and succeeded in persuading a segment of the population with incredible distortions and outright lies. Now, the Kerry campaign and Democrats have forgotten that the First Amendment means free speech for EVERYONE. This would include Sinclair Broadcasting and their plans to air a documentary exposing John Kerry for who he really is. The documentary is called Stolen... Continue Reading

The second Presidential debate took place this evening and President Bush took John Kerry to the woodshed on foreign policy and domestic issues. After an extremely disappointing first showing in last week's Miami debate, the President was focused, personable and knowledgable. Kerry came off as stiff, repetitive and a bit unsettled by Bush's strengths. The President made a strong case for the war in Iraq, the economy, the environment, stem cell research and numerous other... Continue Reading

Systematically deconstructing the lies of the Kerry campaign is a full time hobby for the people at CrushKerry.com. Scooping the media on the latest flip-flops, switcharoos and mainstream media hoo ha, this site is not only important, but loads of fun. Amazingly, there are still liberals and democrats repeating the "Bush lied about WMDs" mantra. Let's put it to rest once and for all. Before we went to war in Iraq, what did DEMOCRATS say about the connection between Saddam and WMDs? "One way or the other, we are determined to deny Iraq the capacity to develop weapons of mass destruction and the missiles to deliver them. That is our bottom line." - President Clinton, Feb... Right on time, the Bush campaign 2004 has released their first set of television ads. The ads are extremely positive and a wonderful alternative to the nasty attack ads the democrats have been running. However, the democrats are having an absolute hissy fit that there are images of the World Trade Center in the Bush ads. They claim it is "insensitive" to use the terrorist attack as a political event. Once again, they fail to... Continue Reading

He's back and he's as dour looking as ever. Ralph Nadar appears to have sucked on too many lemons, but that isn't stopping him from raining on the Democrat parade by deciding to run for President of the United States as a candidate for the Green Party. The democratic presidential primary run is one of the most entertaining current affairs that I have seen in a long time. You've got Howard Dean screeching like a lunatic. Wesley Clark is denying statements that he made on video tape, clearly enough for even my children to pick up on. Joe Lieberman has the charisma of wall paint. Al Sharpton and Dennis Kucinich are loud of mouth but small of significance. And now there is... Continue Reading

The Democratic Party is in sad, sad shape. They have moved way to the left and are completely out of touch with mainstream America. However, with the exception of the liberal wackos who actually believe in the socialist mumbo-jumbo, the vast majority of Democrats really don't know the people they are voting for. They are content to believe the lies spoon-fed by the liberal media. While George W. Bush is not all I hoped he... Continue Reading

Oops, they did it again. Once again, MoveOn.org has posted a commercial spot created by one of its members depicting George W. Bush and Adolph Hitler as cut from the same cloth. It is my belief that the large majority of voting democrats have little to no idea what the radical wing of the party really stands for. Eight months after the war in Iraq began, our brave men and women in the Middle East have delivered up a Christmas gift to beat all gifts. Saddam Hussein has finally been captured! What? After spending time in Philadelphia, Boston and Washington D.C., I am more persuaded that the system of government that we operate under is as close to perfect that can be had on this planet. I am so exhausted after today! We walked the "Freedom Trail" in Boston with our friends Ro and Kyle. Starting at the Bostom Common (the first public park in the U.S.) and ending up at the Bunker Hill monument, the Freedom Trail meandered, twisted and turned for over two miles through over a dozen historical sites that captured the essence of the struggle for our Nation's Independence. Definitely the best thing to come along in talk radio since Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck is rapidly becoming the "must-listen to" host of the decade. Limbaugh is still the King of talk radio (sorry Howard Stern), but Beck brings a freshness that has been missing. Politically, he manages to hit the nail on the head again and again, giving voice to what many of us already think and believe, but with an insightful approach that... Continue Reading

Apparantly, the Bush administration is going to be making a big announcement regarding WMDs in September. This article discusses how they will be revealing evidence of Biological weapons to the public mid-month. The "where are the weapons of WMD? Bush lied" attacks by the raving liberals have not really done much damage to the President, much to their chagrin. But this will be the final nail in the 2004 re-election coffin for the democrats if... Continue Reading
