GameNFlix.com - Rent Movies AND Video Games!

Posted on September 25, 2004 11:41 PM by Joel Comm

I have written some about GameZNFlix.com on this site the past few months. The latest reports from subscribers is that their service is getting better all the time. Now might be a good time to try them out.

Basically, for $18.50/month, you can rent up to three movies and video games at the same time. I've used NetFlix in the past, but they only offer movies. Some other services offer video game rentals. To my knowledge, GameZNFlix.com is the first to offer BOTH for one fee. Not only that, but they are CHEAPER than Netflix, who recently raised their rates.

Take a free two-week trial and let me know how it works out for you.

Signed up and entered 20+ titles in Q. After 4 days still had nothing shipped. Called Gamenflix and they did not have a single title. canceled subscription. Not worth dealing with right now.

Signed up with GameNflix for their 2-week free trial and cancelled two days before my trial was up as I had not received all my games. It took a week to get the first two and a week and half to get my third game and I still have not received the fourth game (which I signed up for the "3 out at a time", but mysteriously it was changed to "4" without my knowledge or consent), even though I cancelled my subscription. They also removed a number of the games I had in my queue. Sent two emails to their Customer Service and never received a response to either.

I signed up with Gameznflix Sunday 7/24/05. After registration I tried to rent games for my son. It kept asking me to sign in although I already was signed up. It's still asking me to sign in! Emailed customer service Sunday but never received answer. No games have been sent as of this morning. Can't even change the order I would like to receive the games.
I'm currently with Blockbuster and VERY happy. Just wanted to try something different because Blockbuster doesn't have the combined movie/games membership but gives you two coupons per month for free movie or game at your local Blockbuster. I pay $16.50/mth.
If I haven't receive any games by Friday I will cancel the membership! I found their corporate number 18885426817.

I noticed on my bill that my son signed us up as a member many months ago. I think it was on a trial basis and we never unsubscribed. Can you please look up my information to see if we still belong to this service to see if I can redeem some of the months lost and possibly continue the service. I think the monthly charge was about 17.00.

I have recently re-signed with gnf. They SUCK!!!!! I am paying for 2 out at a time and they cant get me anything because of demand. That out of 10 items. Still get charged for 2, if I'm not the only one, which I sure I am not, then they should be able to afford to have a larger supply.

I signed up for gamezNflix thinking it's just what i was looking for movies and games in one stop. Well i cancelled my free trial about ten minutes after signing up. First of all you can't search there titles unless you sign up and now I know why. So when I could finally browse titles, games specifically, they have the worst selection of games I've ever seen. A new game Silent hill just came out today and they don't even list it at all. Then another kind of new game, that's still been out for a month though, mario baseball, guess what? They don't list it either. I browsed all of their game titles, which took me about 2 seconds, and they have an extremely poor collection. What few games they have are old, and some old games I would have rented they didn't have either, like C&C3 kane's wrath. I don't know about the movies b/c the games alone was enough for me to cancel. WASTE OF TIME, I will be using probably multiple services until someone comes out with a good game/movie online rental.

Ok its 2009 and i used GNF back in 2005...it was the best company ever i was paying less than 20$ for games and movies and they would be shipped in less than 2 days. As soon as you send it back it would take one day for them to update the fact that you sent it back...Apparently now that i wanted to resign up for GNF the faggets out there that complained about 3 days of waiting made GNF go out of buisness. Now im stuck with the worst company on the face of this planet..Gamefly. It takes 3 days to get the game here. Then after i ship it back it takes 4 days for it to realize i shipped it back. Then it takes 3 days to finally ship a game out to me then i have to wait the 3 days for it to get here. Most of the games i want are low or medium avability so i fill up the que with games i kind of want. SO when the game FINALLY gets here i usually dont like it and i end up sending it back...Also for 20$ a month i get 1 game out at a time. WIth the long wiat it takes to get a game thats 3 games a month for 20$ that sucks so much dick its not even funny. So thanks everyone who brought GNF down i hope your happy, you destroyed the greatest Game/Movie shipping company out there.
