Frank Kern Poked Me in the Eye

Posted on February 1, 2008 04:27 AM by Joel Comm

I grew up watching The Three Stooges.

There was nothing better than watching Moe, Larry and Curly do their schtick.

Nyuk, nyuk, nyuk, and woob woob woob woob... absolutely classic.

I apologize to those of you who have no idea what I am talking about. Go buy a Three Stooges DVD and enjoy.

One of the Stooges' greatest comic routines was little more than a poke in the eye.

Moe would get fed up with Curly's "uniqueness" and ask him to pick two fingers from Moe's hand. Curly would pick them and Moe would proceed to doink Curly in the eye. Of course, it came with the customary "doink" sound, which made it all the funnier.

And sometimes Curly would be wise to Moe and put his hand vertically in front of his face so as to block the incoming poke.

When he did, Moe would just resort to antic #2, which was to smack Curly in the head. Poor Curly!

Ok, so I've set the stage.

I just received the above-mentioned "poke-in-the-eye" by Frank Kern.

Well, not literally, but figuratively speaking!

I just went to this site and watched Frank's latest Mass Control video.

Mass Control

Now I know I don't know everything. In fact, the older I get, the more I find that I DON'T know!

But sometimes when I miss the obvious, I still can't believe I missed it.

Well, Frank's video was like a poke in the eye to me!

He pointed out some very simple concepts and strategies that I had long forgotten and have failed to apply to my marketing.

DOINK!

Thanks Frank!

No, seriously. Thanks for reminding me. I know this information will be of value to anyone who takes to time to watch your video.

Are you ready for your poke in the eye?

I promise it won't hurt.

Go check out Mass Control now.
