I've got some. In fact, I've got a few.
They've helped me get to where I am today, and they keeping me moving forward all the time too.
Know what I'm talking about yet?
Role-models.
Everyone needs role-models. Kids need them to learn to be responsible, moral adults; adults need them to achieve things they didn't think they could do otherwise.
My role-models are people like Rich Shefren, Armand Morin and Mark Joyner, guys who knew exactly what they wanted then put in the graft needed to get themselves there. You can't go wrong copying an attitude like that.
Role-models work because they give us something to copy. We don't have to figure out how to behave or work; we can just look at our role-model and do the exact same thing.
But a role-model doesn't have to be a person. A website can be a role-model too.
As you're surfing the Web, you should be looking out for sites that can act as your role-models -- Web pages that have perfect optimization and content that keeps you coming back for more.
Know where those sites are. Understand what they're doing right. Figure out what it is about their writing that users love and recognize how they've used different ad units.
Then apply their principles to your business.

Hello Joel,
I can't agree with you more. In all my years of driving towards my journey in personl development the most profound teachers are the mentors who really are the role models I endeavour to follow.
