Doing Something That's Never Been Done

They say variety is the spice of life.

I have to agree.

I love variety. It keeps things exciting.

It's why you see me doing multiple projects and always coming out with something new.

I just can't sit still. (My wife says it is ADD, but I think she is.. Oh! Look at the butterfly!)

;-)

Well, you know how I teach people to find a niche and become the expert in that niche by doing something that no one else has done?

I'm taking my own advice.

This year, you will see several new projects coming from me and my team... project that are brand new and have never been done before!

In fact, in just a couple short weeks I will be revealing the first of these projects. It is perhaps the most ambitious thing I have ever done. And it will be unlike anything you have seen on the Internet before.

It's coming... so watch this space for a BIG announcement. I mean, REALLY BIG!

In the meantime, I want to give a shoutout to someone who really deserves it.

As your business grows, it is wise to outsource certain tasks in to be more effective overall.

A little over a year ago, my customer base was growing so quickly that I couldn't possibly keep up with the various issues that were coming my way.

It is my desire to provide excellent customer service, but I was finding that I couldn't handle it all on my own.

That's when I asked Mike Filsaime who he used to handle his Help Desk.

He told me "Nancy Fahey and Ralph Cotton do a fantastic job for me!"

So I contacted Nancy and hired her to take over my customer support.

I've got to tell you this... It was the BEST move I could have made at that time!

Nancy and Ralph have done a tremendous job of managing my Help Desk, even working long hours beyond the call of duty to make sure that all my customers are taken care of and treated with the respect they deserve.

I say this because Help Desk staff often goes without kudos and applause, but they really deserve a big "thank you!"

If you are needing someone to help manage your customer support, I recommend stopping by Nancy's site, Pro-Support-Ntwk.com and contact her. The rates are extremely reasonable and you'll get excellent service with a smile. :-)

No affiliate links here and I don't stand to benefit at all if you use Nancy's services. I just think there are many of you out there that need to take the step having a support team so you can be freed up to do revenue-generating activities.

But do please tell Nancy I sent you. :-)

Live life today!

Joel

P.S. - Big thing. Coming soon. Be ready. :-)
