Does Twitter need a new slogan?

Posted on September 17, 2008 04:14 PM by Joel Comm

I was on Twitter the other day, noticing that I had passed 3300 followers (thanks everyone!), and also noticed that Twitter has no slogan.

Well, there's "What are you doing right now?"

But that's so 2007.

So I asked my followers for some ideas for new Twitter slogans.

Here is sampling of the responses I received...

"I'm John McCain and I approve this Tweet."

"Follow me everywhere that I may go". I believe it was part of a song back in the fifties to sixties, and when we combine the intelligence with technology v the robots.txt, it does just that, "Follow"
