A few months ago I wrote an article discussing why I dislike network marketing.
One of the main reasons is because many organizations suggest that you recruit your family and friends to join you in your quest to get rich.
Bah. I just don't like that.
BUT, as I mentioned on my blog, the Internet now affords an opportunity to get involved in network marketing without having to sell to your "warm" market.
It's not that some opportunities don't merit telling people you know.
It's just that I know of few better ways to alienate those who love you than to turn them into customers.
So I keep my eyes peeled for opportunities that don't require me to actually "sell".
