But if you ask me a question about the best affiliate programs online, I could tell you off the top of my head.

Hey Joel,
Hw u doing?? My website http://howtomanagehumanresources.blogspot.com is about recent trends in HR. I have a good CTR but the cost per click is very low. Sometimes for 8 clicks i earn about $9 and sometimes for about 16 clicks i earn a mere amount of $2. Please help me out on this.
